Ingredients
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz passionfruit juice
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz chili honey syrup
Sparkling water to top
Optional: 1 oz light rum for low-ABV
Instructions
Step 1
Shake pineapple, passionfruit, lime, and chili honey with ice.
Step 2
Pour over fresh ice in a tall glass.
Step 3
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Tips
Adjust the heat: More or less chili honey to taste
