A zesty pineapple-passionfruit cooler with a hint of chili heat — Tropic Like It’s Hot is a little sweet, a little spicy, and impossible to forget. Whether you’re by the pool or just scrolling summer travel inspo, it’s the drink that keeps the vibe high and your glass cold.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 oz passionfruit juice

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ¼ oz chili honey syrup

  • Sparkling water to top

  • Optional: 1 oz light rum for low-ABV

Instructions

Step 1

Shake pineapple, passionfruit, lime, and chili honey with ice.


Step 2

Pour over fresh ice in a tall glass.


Step 3

Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Tips

  • Adjust the heat: More or less chili honey to taste

  • Try grilling pineapple before juicing for extra depth

  • Use coconut water instead of sparkling for a softer vibe
