About the Recipe
This came together after a rainy afternoon in Little Arabia where I picked up tamarind paste on impulse. Its sharp tang needed something smooth to balance it—and a splash of white vermouth did just that. It’s zesty, earthy, and a little addictive.

Step 1
Whisk tamarind, lime, and honey syrup until smooth.
Step 2
Add vermouth and stir over ice.
