Strawberry, basil, and hibiscus come together for a drink that’s as photogenic as it is refreshing. Strawberry Stardust is fruity, herbal, and tangy, with a bold color pop that turns any gathering into a feed-worthy moment.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz strawberry juice (or muddled strawberries)

  • ½ oz hibiscus syrup

  • 3 basil leaves, gently slapped

  • 1 oz rosé wine (default low-ABV base)

  • Sparkling lemon soda to top

  • Mocktail option: Swap rosé wine for extra sparkling lemon soda

Instructions

Step 1

Muddle basil lightly in the shaker.


Step 2

Add strawberry juice, hibiscus syrup, and rosé wine; shake with ice.


Step 3

Strain into a glass with fresh ice, top with sparkling lemon soda.

Tips

  • Herbal swap: Try mint instead of basil for a fresher note

  • Keep some strawberry slices for garnish

  • Hibiscus ice cubes make it even more vibrant
