Ingredients
1½ oz horchata (store-bought or homemade)
½ oz vanilla syrup
Dash cinnamon
Optional coffee liqueur or cold brew
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Shake horchata, syrup, and cinnamon with ice.
Step 2
Strain into glass.
Step 3
Garnish with cinnamon stick or dusting.
Tips
Add a splash of coffee liqueur for espresso-horchata
Use almond milk + rice milk
Pair with pan dulce or churros
