Ingredients

  • 1½ oz horchata (store-bought or homemade)

  • ½ oz vanilla syrup

  • Dash cinnamon

  • Optional coffee liqueur or cold brew

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1

Shake horchata, syrup, and cinnamon with ice.


Step 2

Strain into glass.


Step 3

Garnish with cinnamon stick or dusting.


Tips

  • Add a splash of coffee liqueur for espresso-horchata

  • Use almond milk + rice milk

  • Pair with pan dulce or churros
