I made this for a garden lunch once and it disappeared in under an hour. Sweet peach puree meets bubbly prosecco — pure sunshine.

Ingredients
1 bottle prosecco
1 cup peach puree
0.5 cup peach schnapps
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a punch bowl with ice.
Step 2
Add peach puree and schnapps.
Step 3
Top with prosecco, stir gently.
Tips
Freeze peach slices as ice cubes
Works with sparkling rosé for a pink twist
