Slightly floral, gently exotic—saffron brings a golden glow to this drink. I made it while diffusing frankincense and the whole room felt paused.
Ingredients
1 oz saffron-infused water (few threads steeped)
1 oz orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
Sparkling water
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Shake juices, saffron water, and syrup with ice.
Step 2
Strain, top with sparkling water.
Step 3
Garnish with orange twist or saffron threads.
