Sweet, floral, and comforting—like a cozy desert night in your kitchen. I made this during a slow evening of cooking shawarma and lemon rice.

Ingredients
1 oz date syrup or muddled dates
1 oz rosewater lemonade
½ oz lemon juice
Sparkling water
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Shake date syrup, lemonade, and lemon with ice.
Step 2
Strain, top with sparkling water.
Step 3
Garnish with rose petals or date slice.
