Rosé Colored Glasses

Perfect for when the group chat finally syncs up and you all show up in matching sweats

About the Recipe

Some nights, you need something cute, pink, and not trying too hard — just like the vibe of a night in with the girls. Rosé Colored Glasses is sparkling, light, and has just the right touch of strawberry and citrus. We made this during a skincare + tarot night and ended up adding way too many glitter stickers to each other’s faces. 10/10 would recommend.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz sparkling rosé (or sparkling hibiscus tea for zero-proof)

  • 1 oz strawberry purée or muddled strawberries

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)

  • Optional: tiny splash of elderflower liqueur or cordial

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1

Muddle the strawberries (or stir in purée) in a glass with lemon and honey syrup.

Step 2

Add ice and top with sparkling rosé or tea.

Step 3

Stir gently and enjoy immediately.

Tips

  • Zero-proof: Use sparkling hibiscus or rose tea — or sparkling water with a splash of pink lemonade.

  • Berry swap: Try raspberry or watermelon instead of strawberry.

  • Pair with: Rom-com night, skincare rituals, or making vision boards.

  • Elevate it: Rim the glass with pink sugar or edible glitter if you’re feeling playful.

Serving Tips

Glass: Coupe or stemless flute

Garnish: Thin strawberry slice or edible flower

Vibe: Matching robes, BTS playing softly, laughter echoing off every surface
