Tropical without being loud. I first tried this while crocheting under the sun—it felt calm and luxuriant at once.
Ingredients
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz passionfruit purée or juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz agave syrup
Sparkling water
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Shake juices and syrup with ice.
Step 2
Strain into glass, top with sparkling water.
Step 3
Garnish with pineapple leaf or passionfruit seeds.
Tips
Zero-proof by default
Add coconut rum for a boozy version
Use mango if passionfruit isn't available
Pair with ceviche or fruit platter
