Pantry Paloma

Perfect for pantry-scavenger nights, grilled cheese pairings, and zero planning

About the Recipe

This was born when I had everything except fresh grapefruit. I used a splash of juice from the fridge, a squeeze of lime, and vodka instead of tequila. It’s not a textbook Paloma, but it’s my go-to when I’m hungry, tired, and still want something cold in-hand.
