Pandan Breeze

Perfect for lazy afternoons, tropical playlists, and breezy windows

About the Recipe

The first time I smelled pandan, it reminded me of vanilla, coconut, and green leaves all at once. I turned it into a drink on a hot day with a bit of coconut water and a splash of vermouth. The result was cool, mellow, and quietly lush—like a breeze coming through sheer curtains.
