Last weekend, I whipped this up while preparing avocado toast on my balcony and it instantly felt like I’d been transported to a breezy Palm Springs patio. Palm Springs Spritz is bright, bubbly, and just a little tropical — effortlessly transforming a simple morning into a mini escape.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz tequila (or sparkling grapefruit soda for mocktail)

  • ½ oz agave syrup

  • Sparkling water or prosecco to top

  • Slice of grapefruit

  • Ice


Instructions

Step 1

Shake grapefruit juice, tequila (or soda), and agave with ice.


Step 2

Strain into glass with fresh ice.


Step 3

Top with sparkling water or a splash of prosecco.


Step 4

Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

  • Zero-proof: Use sparkling grapefruit soda and a dash of vanilla extract.
