Ingredients
2 oz lychee juice
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Butterfly pea flower tea (chilled) to top
Optional: 1 oz vodka or gin
Instructions
Step 1
Mix lychee, lemon, and syrup and pour into a glass.
Step 2
Slowly float butterfly pea tea over the back of a spoon to layer.
Tips
The color changes when stirred — blue to purple!
Serve with popcorn and plot twists
