About the Recipe
I created this after a walk through an herb garden at dusk. The Moroccan mint reminded me of hot mint tea on cool nights—but this time, I wanted bubbles. A splash of low-ABV elderflower liqueur turned it into an aromatic sipper that travels well from day to night.
