About the Recipe
This was my New Year’s Eve drink last year — something bright, easy, and citrusy that felt fancy without being fussy. It’s sweet, crisp, and makes you want to stay up just a little longer.

Ingredients
2 oz clementine or mandarin juice
½ oz lime juice
1 oz elderflower syrup or St-Germain
Club soda or prosecco
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Shake citrus and elderflower with ice.
Step 2
Strain into a flute or coupe.
Step 3
Top with bubbly of choice.
Step 4
Garnish with zest or edible glitter (optional but festive!).
Tips
No clementines? Use tangerine or orange.
Use elderflower tonic if you don’t have syrup.
Add gin for a botanical twist.
Pairs with: soft cheese, citrus tartlets, or solo reflection time.
Serving Tips
