A spiced pomegranate-orange spritz kissed with rosewater — Marrakech Sunset is sweet, tart, and exotic, blending the warmth of Moroccan spice with the romance of a desert evening.

  • 1 oz dry vermouth

  • 1 oz gin (or vodka for a cleaner base)

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1 oz fresh orange juice

  • ½ oz cinnamon-rose syrup

  • Sparkling rosé to top

  • Mocktail option: Swap vermouth + gin for pomegranate soda

Instructions

Step 1

Shake vermouth, gin, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and cinnamon-rose syrup with ice.


Step 2

Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.


Step 3

Top with sparkling rosé and garnish.
