About the Recipe

This drink happened during a “mini staycation” day — no emails, no errands, just a loose bun and sandals. Mango Mirage is silky, tropical, and gives instant vacation energy. Best enjoyed slowly, with something salty on the side.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz mango nectar or purée

  • 1 oz coconut milk (or oat milk)

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz agave syrup

  • Ice


Instructions

Step 1

Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth and frothy.


Step 2

Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.


Tips

  • Zero-proof by default. Add a splash of rum or coconut liqueur if desired.

  • No mango? Use ripe peaches or frozen pineapple chunks.

  • Creamier twist: Use frozen mango + Greek yogurt for smoothie vibes.

  • Pair with: shrimp tacos, chips & guac, or sweet corn salad.
