Lavender in Bloom

Perfect for early nights, full moons, or calming your thoughts before bed

About the Recipe

This drink is the sip version of turning off blue light and tucking into your coziest corner. Lavender in Bloom is light, floral, and a little dreamy — I usually make it while reading something slow and beautiful or doing my “absolutely no doomscrolling after 9pm” routine. It tastes like boundaries and peace.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz lavender syrup (store-bought or homemade with honey + dried lavender)

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • 1½ oz pear nectar (or white grape juice)

  • 2 oz sparkling water or still water

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1

Shake syrup, lemon, and nectar with ice.

Step 2

Pour into glass and top with sparkling or still water.

Step 3

Stir gently and sip slowly.

Tips

  • Zero-proof forever — designed to calm, not energize

  • Flavor swap: Try chamomile tea or violet syrup for variation

  • Make it sleepy: Serve warm, skip the fizz, and add a touch of vanilla

  • Pair with: Sleepy podcasts, late-night stretching, or moon-gazing out the window

Serving Tips

Glass: Petite coupe or cozy mug

Garnish: Tiny sprig of lavender or lemon wheel

Vibe: Night oil on, diffuser misting, calm brain, warm heart
