I first mixed this one during a Tokyo documentary night—it instantly brought that serene, temple-garden vibe into my living room. Delicate, floral, and softly herbal, Kyoto Calm feels like pressing pause.

Ingredients
1 oz green tea (strongly brewed & cooled)
1 oz yuzu or lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
3 oz sparkling water
A few mint leaves
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Shake tea, yuzu, and honey syrup with ice.
Step 2
Strain into glass over ice.
Step 3
Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
Step 4
Garnish with a mint sprig.
Tips
Use lime if yuzu isn't available
Add a drop of matcha for earthy depth
Pair with sushi night or OTC ramen
