Ingredients
1 oz Moutai (or other high-quality baijiu)
1 oz jasmine tea (chilled)
1½ oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + water)
Sparkling water or dry sparkling wine, to top
Instructions
Step 1
Shake Moutai, jasmine tea, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup with ice until chilled.
Step 2
Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.
Step 3
Top with sparkling water for a lighter profile or sparkling wine for extra celebration.
