Ingredients

  • 2 oz quince juice or purée

  • ½ oz vanilla syrup

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Sparkling water or prosecco, to top

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1

Shake quince, vanilla syrup, and lemon with ice.


Step 2

Strain into a chilled coupe or highball with fresh ice.


Step 3

Top with sparkling water (mocktail) or prosecco (cocktail).
