Golden Hour Ginger

Perfect for porch hangs, sunset views, and warm evenings with spice

About the Recipe

After a homemade dinner of Thai curry and rice, I still had ginger syrup on the stove. I cooled it down, added some sake and citrus, and the result was smooth heat with a bright finish. A golden-hour kind of drink.
