The Crimson Tides, also called a Mulled Hibiscus Glow, is fall in a mug. Tart hibiscus tea simmers with clove, cinnamon, and orange peel, then softened with honey for balance. Served hot or chilled with bubbles, it’s a cozy fall mocktail that can be spiked if you wish.

Ingredients
6 oz brewed hibiscus tea
1 tsp honey (or to taste)
1 clove
1 cinnamon stick
Orange peel
Instructions
Step 1
Simmer hibiscus tea with clove, cinnamon, and orange peel for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in honey until dissolved.
Step 3
Serve hot in mug, or chill and top with soda for a sparkling version.
Tips
