Ingredients

  • 1 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • ¾ oz Campari

  • ½ oz pear syrup or pear liqueur

  • Optional: drop of burnt sugar syrup

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1

Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled.


Step 2

Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over a big cube.


Step 3

Garnish with a brûléed pear slice or dried orange wheel.
