  • 1 oz cardamom syrup (or muddled pods with simple syrup)

  • ½ oz rosewater (use lightly — a little goes a long way)

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • 2 oz vodka

  • Ginger beer, to top

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1

In a shaker with ice, combine cardamom syrup, rosewater, lime juice, and vodka.


Step 2

Shake briefly and strain into copper mule mug with fresh ice.


Step 3

Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
