Blueberry Thyme Bellini

Perfect for lazy mornings, homemade pancakes, and sun-dappled kitchen tables

About the Recipe

One Saturday, I made pancakes and this Bellini and suddenly the whole morning felt like a kitchen magazine spread. Blueberry Thyme Bellini is fresh, herbal, and lightly fizzy — ideal for savoring the sweet rhythm of brunch.
