Autumn Ember - Date & Walnut Old Fashioned

Perfect for dim lights, slow sips, and nights that need a little depth.

About the Recipe

The Autumn Ember, also known as a Date & Walnut Old Fashioned, is a deep, rich drink that smolders like firelight. Date syrup brings sweetness, walnut bitters add complexity, and bourbon or NA whiskey ties it together. A twist of orange peel brightens the glass, keeping this fall cocktail or mocktail smooth instead of heavy.
