This one is my go-to for afternoons when I realize I’ve been clenching my jaw and not drinking water. It’s cool, lightly sweet, and soothing — like something a hotel spa would serve if they knew your name and actual vibe. Aloe You Very Much is a reminder that you deserve to feel refreshed, no matter what’s going on.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz aloe vera juice

  • 1 oz cucumber juice (or muddled cucumber + splash water)

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz agave or honey

  • Sparkling water to top

  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1


Muddle or juice cucumber, then shake with aloe, lime, and agave.


Step 2


Pour into glass with ice and top with sparkling water.


Step 3


Stir gently and take the deepest breath you’ve taken all day.

  • Want a boost? Add a splash of gin or sake
