About the Recipe
This is my slow weekend drink — the one I pour when I want to romanticize my life just a little. It’s floral and honeyed, like something you’d sip at a tucked-away café with no plans for the next few hours.

Ingredients
1 oz white vermouth (or white grape juice for zero-proof)
1 oz chamomile tea (cooled)
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
Dash of orange blossom water (optional)
Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a shaker or jar with ice.
Step 2
Shake and strain into glass.
Step 3
Garnish with a lemon peel or flower.
Tips
Zero-proof: Use white grape juice + more tea
Sub honey for maple or agave
Try Earl Grey or lavender tea instead
Lovely with a warm croissant or shortbread
